Question: Any ideas of what it could be?

I had a friend change my brake pads in the back and ever since i get a sound from time to time that sounds like my parking brake has been left on, I can stop the noise by using the brakes. It seems but I am not really sure of this yet that it happens more often when I slightly turn the wheel to the left, but that just might be me. I have heard it going fast and slow. I recorded if you'd like to hear it email me and I will send it on.

Sounds like an issue with the install, check the work.

You probably have rear drum brakes, they can be tricky for the inexperienced.
