Question: any suggestions

I have a 2000 camaro z28 it only has 60000 miles. If I press in the fuel it hesitates and sputters before it will take gas. Sometimes when I pull out it acts like it doesn't want to take gas at all and I have to let off the pedal and barely give it gas it sputters and acts like it's not taking it, it does it for a little while. If i'm going up a hill and give it too much gas the service engine soon light starts blinking. Sometimes if I'm driving on the highway it's like it doesn't want to go over 55 and the service engine soon light starts blinking. Also, if i let it get too low on gas like close to empty if I try to put gas in it it won't take it and the gas fills up in the hose. I have to jab a metal close hanger down into the tank and gas spews everywhere before it will take gas.

On the running and flasing check engine. You have a engine missfire that is hurting the emissions on the car. So I would get the codes from the computer. That will lead you to what is going on with the engine. On the filling of gas. There is a anti siphon ball in the filler tube. I would have it checked or replaced.
