Question: ASD Relay?

Van starts fine. From a cold start it kicks straight into engine operating temp idle no fast idle warmup but the engine idles smooth. When throttle is applied it studders a few times then gets going when rpm is up engine sounds... It begins with a deep sucking bellow lower key than normal end ends with a thin rev. Also, when put into gear it studders, cuts but wants to keep running and does. It will idle in gear but very low and studdery haha if that's a word. I should also note that when this began it would do it until the engine got warm on cooler days then run fine. On warmer days ran fine. Also, while its idling..this may not help but I know the sound of my engine and it sounds just off and listening close past the overt sound of the engine, fan, belt... under it all a faint sound can be heard rising and lowering like o jeez how you do this through text lol.. wiiiiiwooowiiiiiwooo.
