Question: Audio system not working

I have a new 2012 SLK 350, just leased it on 8/6/12. Two Saturdays in a row, around 7:30pm, the audio system stopped working. A message saying "Device Unavailable" pops up. Phone works, but no radio, satellite radio, or CD will play. I can SEE the CD screen with the info, it appears to be playing, but no sound. I can't even see the Sat radio info or tune the FM radio, however. It started working each Sunday after stopping the previous Sat evening. Then today (Monday), it stopped working again. Very bizarre. I have an appt to take it in to the dealer tomorrow, but they've never heard of this and aren't sure what may be going on. Sounds like a computer issue, but who knows?

I have no information on vehicles this new. Sorry.

The vehicle should be under warranty so you should take it to the dealer.
