Question: Bad heat 99 Montana

Great rear heat,bad heat from the front.
more heat comes from the dash vents,most of the time colder air from the floor vents.At times hot from the floor vents.
Changed the cabin filters as when checked they had a lot of leaves.

First, check your heater vents for obstructions (leaves, etc), as that would easily cause an actuator door to be obstructed. Next, check that the door actuator works. Here's a link with a description of it:
