Question: battery power going out on me

can your battery make the car lose power.cause i can charge it then once it sittes for a while the battery is almost dranded

Sounds like you have a parasitic draw. You will need to determine which circuit is causing the draw and repair it. Have a shop do a draw test for you, they should be able to figure out where the drain is.
