Question: Best all-weather tires?

What are the best all-weather tires for a 2010 Nissan Altima? I’m in the Chicago areas and am tired of putting snow tires on the car each year, just because the tires that came with the car are junk – if it’s at all slippery or snowy, I’m all over the road. I work with someone who has a 2-door Altima and he said he has the same problem. Thank you.
