Question: blinking oil light

my car's oil light was blinking and white smoke out of tail pipe, and a guy said to change my oil, well, I did and it stopped smoking and no oil light, two weeks later, oil light is back, but no white smoke, so...??

Either your oil pressure sender is failing, or you have an oil pressure problem. The senders are usually under $25 and are easy to replace. If it's a pressure problem, some engine tear down might be necessary. From your description, the sender sounds more likely.
