Question: blowing fuses

I parked the car last night running fine went and put water in it this morning went to start it heard the fuel pump kick on turned the key over and wouldnt start upon futher looking I found that it blew the #13 maxi fuse (eec/ power controll module fuse) tried 3 diffrent fuses i see no bare wires any help would be appericated

Unplug all the components protected by that fuse. See if it still blows. If it does you have a wiring problem/short.

If it doesn't, one of the components are bad. Plug in the components until the fuse blows and you'll find the faulty component.
