Question: brake not working with head lights on

just the 2 side brake light turn off when brake is applied whit head lights on only the top light work fine?

Check your rear tail lamp bulbs. If you put the wrong bulb in it, you can get this condition. Also make sure the hazard button is not sticking. If the button is partially pushed down, it can cause this type of problem as well.
