You could have the rear brake drums removed and cleaned. Sometimes the brake dust build-up causes noise. But also, sometimes brakes just make noise. Asbestos pads are quieter, but cause health problems, so often brakes are made out of semi-metallic materials or ceramics and can be noisy. If the noise continues and is really annoying you, you can usually replace the pads with a more expensive material (though you'll be paying for a brake job you don't really need).
