Question: brakes squeak when applied

My car squeaks when brakes are applied. The brake pads are at 85% and the rooters where just shaved down. What could be causing the problem? Would it be low brake fluid? The noise is annoying to.

You could have the rear brake drums removed and cleaned. Sometimes the brake dust build-up causes noise. But also, sometimes brakes just make noise. Asbestos pads are quieter, but cause health problems, so often brakes are made out of semi-metallic materials or ceramics and can be noisy. If the noise continues and is really annoying you, you can usually replace the pads with a more expensive material (though you'll be paying for a brake job you don't really need).
