Question: Broken exhaust pipe

My exhaust pipe disconnected from the undercarriage of the car and is hanging/dragging. How much should this cost to repair, and is there a way to temporarily re-attach it so I can transport the car?

Sounds like it rusted out and broke? You need to take it to a muffler shop for a repair. If you have a proper jack and safety stands you can probably tie it up with some bailing / safety wire.
