Question: Burning smell

My two front tyres are giving off a strong burn smell suddenly after coming back from getting a gasket repair, what is the reason?

Have you checked under the hood to see if the smell is not coming from there? It could be burning oil left over from the repair.

If it is the tires, check the pressure, then have an alignment inspection. If the alignment is off, they could be scuffing on the road and building up heat, as well as wearing out prematurely.
