Question: can i install an engine from a 99 navigator and install it in a 2003 navigator

removed the cylinder head for a misfire on cylinder 8 replaced valve. misfire on 8 dtc is no longer there. been getting a fault for bank 1 running to lean. took it to ford there saying to replaced both heads on vehicle. came across 99 lincoln nav engine differant ecm was thinking about swapping injectors and sensors from new to old.
