Question: Can I Lube the Chassis when I change the Oil?

I am wondering if the 2008 Impala has any chassis lube points that need grease? I am not sure where these points are or if they are sealed and do not need to be greased. Are there any zerks?

No zerk, and no lube points. Everything it lifetime lubricated and sealed on most cars now. If you install aftermarket parts, sometimes they will still have lube points, but virtually nothing that is OEM.
