Question: Can worn control arm bushings wheigh the car down on one side and make the steering bind up when i t

swappped out steering rack changed ball joints.

If they were SEVERELY worn then maybe. In general, probably not. Without seeing it, I'd suspect either the pump or the u-joints in the steering column may be the issue.

the other day i parked the passenger side on a curve that is 5 inhces off ground. when i started driving it felt normal for about two corner turns. then started binding up again, would you say that is is def. the control arm on that side from telling you this situation.
