Question: can you tell if my 4 roters arenew or the same when i purchase my car

i think i got ripped.i got 4 new roters.ithink they are the same roters ihad.

Try taking some photos of them and post them on a photo-sharing site and link to it... you need a visual to answer your question.

Or you can pull into a brake shop and ask them to take a look at them--most shops will do a free brake inspection and can help you out.
