Question: car didn't start

had jump took to auto zone they tested battery said must be other problem 4 hrs later car didn't start after slamming door car started again but cd continues to play after shutting car off back side door has not been working for a few months have to use manually problem could be?

Sounds like a ground problem. But It will have to be test by a shop first. There is no esay way to fix your problem.
