Question: Car mechanic did not put oil in my car

I had an oil change came to get my car drove it act really strange, I look at the dip stick no oil call the car repair shop they send some out took car back they said my battery and attenuator, have that replace, now there is knock in engine it was not there when I brought it down to them, I still own 200 for the alternator and battery I refuse to pay cause car is not fix, I have witness that car had no oil he wants to sue me for 200, what to do?

I would take him to court and sue him for a new engine. Was your alternator and battery giving you any problems before. If not I would sue for that also. He mite be trying to scare you so you don't sue him. I would have another shop give you a estimate for the cost of a new enigine. Then go to him and say pay this or I am taking you to court. Small claim court is they way to go. Cheap and no need for lawyers.
