Question: Car revs but won't start if left overnight.

So my car was not starting, all lights are bright and everything so my mechanic changed the fuel pump. Worked for 2 days, then same problem again, when I go to sleep and wake up usually it will not start anymore. If I go out and leave the car for about 4 hours it will start normally, but usually more than 5 the problem will go back. I took it to the mechanic again and he changed the alternator, worked only on the day itself, overnight, problem returned. I put over $1,400 in the car, changing small stuff, new alternator, new plugs, new fuel pump, new fuel filter... Please help

I would say you have a theft issue. Does the car crank when it sits? Or does it crank and not start? Will need to know this to help you more

By Zach Bowman For those who suffer a daily commute through heavy traffic, your vehicle's braking system can bring thousands of pounds of metal, plastic and empty Starbucks cups to a stop hundreds of times before you get to work. It goes without saying that these pieces wear out, but they do so slowly, meaning you may not notice they need attention until ...
