P1026 VOLVO Throttle Body Internal Fault
P1620 SBDS Interactive Codes
The first code can be set by a defective throttle body. Sometimes it just needs to be cleaned out with throttle body cleaner. I would stat there before replacing it as the TB is usually pretty expensive.

Not sure what the second code is about, but I suspect it is the feedback system for the throttle body.

To be sure what is the cause, you should have a shop do a diagnostic on the vehicle.
