Question: Car will not start

The car wont start and is currently at the gm dealership and has been for 3 weeks. They have scanned and road tested it but still can't find the problem. Does anyone have a clue to what it might be?

I'll need some more specific information to be of any help. You say it won't start, but the dealership has road tested it? So does it start sometimes? When it won't start, what happens, any noises? What tests has the dealership already done? When it does start up, are there any other problems?
