Question: car will not turn over when attempting to start
PARKED CAR YESTERDAY. WENT OUT THIS MORNING AND IT HAD POWER BUT WILL NOT START. CHECKED FUSES UNDER HOOD AND NOTICED THAT THE POWER TRAIN FUSE HAD BEEN REMOVED...PIECES OF BROKEN PLASTIC ALL AROUND THE PLUG....WHAT DOES THE POWER TRAIN FUSE CONTROL AND IS IT VANDELISM?
