Question: car wont start

after a friend installed a music system in the cars some cables burn the day after it was installed like a cable that goes to the transmission and now the cars kind of what to start but it doesnt

Check fuses. Anything that got burned needs to be replaced. Any wire that had the insulation damaged will need to be spliced with a new wire. Any vacuum lines that are burned will need to be replaced. Then check for vacuum leaks. After that, if still no-start, go through the steps here:
