Question: Car won't start is it the battery?

My car won't turn over but makes a clicking noise, I think it may be the battery but unsure. There is some corrosion on the battery as well.

You're on the right track, but without testing it and the other parts of the starting circuit, it's impossible to tell. Here's an article on how to troubleshoot the system:
