Question: car wont start, lights come on so its not battery

i put in my key and try to start it and it wont turn on. i tried to jump it and it wont turn over. the starter was replaced in feb of last year along with the radiator. there is a PWR light on just below the D on my gear lights. could this have something to do with it not starting. Im not good with cars but I need to fix it.

A battery can still be low on charge even if the lights come on, so don't use that as a diagnostic tool. Here is a good article on how to troubleshoot your problem:

And you can find out what the PWR light, or any light on your dash, means from your owner's manual. If you don't have one, you can download it from the Toyota website.
