Question: ceramic engine treatment review

I have a blow by coming from oil inlet due to ring disorder. I checked with many mechanics and the only solution from their side is to rebuild the engine which cost a lot. I read about ceramic engine treatment. Is it really working? Is there any side effect for it? Is there any specific type I can use?

You need to replace the engine. That stuff does not work.
