Question: changing the "In-Cabin" Air filter

I rather doubt this has ever been changed!. Due to lung problems it is mandatory I do all I can to be safe...How do I change this thing myself if possible?

There is no cabin air filter on the 02 Explorer. But if you're handy, here's a thread on how to build one for it:
