Question: chatter turning left and right

had the front end checked, all appears normal. It's a fairly loud chatter, was suggested stearing belt needed adjustment but it has a auto tensioner. No further ideas. This was a rental bought used with 18000. Warranty not available for rentals.

The auto tensioner may be worn, or the belt may have stretched out of it's adjusting range.

The pump itself could be the cause, but check the belt system first.
