Question: check engine light

car is having trouble going uphill and sometimes has trouble going faster than 30 mph on flat land. i changed spark plugs and noticed oil all over. what could it be???

Is oil all over the end of the plug that goes inside the engine. Or all over the out. If it's the out side you have a valve cover leak. If it's the inside you have engine problems. And that could be why you are having a problem with power. The other thing is you mite have a plugged exhaust. I would have the exhaust back pressure checked by a exhaust shop. Most will do it for free. If that is good you need to have the feul pressure tested.
