Question: check engine light

I got my vehicle out of the body shop yesterday where a deer hit the right side upper door, glass & back glass. ABRA body shop in Shallote did an excellent job, recommended by GMAC' A couple hours after I got the car back the check engine light came on. checked everything, finally a few hours later it went off. Drove it to work today. about thirty minutes after leaving work it came on again. That was at 12:00. Its 8:00 now and it still has not gone off. just checek it again..What could have happened to the car...It runs very quite as usual..Noticed nothing different about the running of the vehicle...Has me worried, I love my car.
