Question: check engine light and code 54

if I am driving slow the check engine light never comes on but if I get up to 60 mph the check engine light will come on. after checking the codes code 32 and code 54 will appear. code 54 refers to the fuel pump and relay. autozone does not show a relay for the 1988 firebird formula. my question is what should I look for as a starting point to fix this code 54 issue. my engine is a 305 tbi h.o 5 speed manual transmission.
