Question: clicking sound front wheels when turning

balljoints.cv joints and seals replaced...axels are ok...does this mean the front differential is the culprit? this happened a few years ago and balljoint replacement seemed to work...if it is the front differential, will the pinion need replacement also?

You have what is called a trunyun bearing for ball joints. I would start by having them checked again. If they were not put in with enough lube they will fail very fast.
