Question: Climate Control system question

When I set my heating system to use "recirculated " air rather than fresh air ... where is the vent that pulls air back into the system?

Is it one of the 2 vents under each seat?

I ask because little pieces of shredded paper napkin have started blowing out my vents, and I am trying to figure out where they came from (to prevent this from happening again)>

That's correct; Two small vents under each front seat. If the napkin is getting shredded though, that means it has made it was up to the blower and you'll either need to let it go until it all blows out, or pull out the blower to remove it.
