Question: Clutch pedal

on a cold morning the clutch pedal will not come back smoothly it will stick but once the car has run for a while it works normal and on warm mornings it works normal. the slave cylinder, pressure plate are new

Check the clutch pedal bushing (pivot point). It may need to be lubed and is sticky when it is cold.
