Question: clutch stuck to floor car won't start

Car started squealing when clutch was fully engaged, clutch stuck to floor when shifting into first gear, popped up with foot. Got home parked car, now clutch stuck down car won't start. Added dot 3 fluid to reservoir... likely problem?
