Question: code p0453, High pressure fuel system

Filler tube and filler neck valve were replaced in 2009. Have had the purge and drain vent valves replaced in 2010. the FTP was replaced in April 2012. The lines have been cleared several times. The CEL is on)/off; mostly on. Desperate to have fixed. The car will not accept gas for more than 20 seconds at a time. It takes 5+ minutes to get 2 gals of gas.

You have to have a fuel line pinched under the tank. Also when they hav the tank out have them look at the foll over check ball. If could be stuck.
