Question: Codes for my car

I got codes 420 / 740 any idea what i should change out - I beleve the 420 is a OE Converter ?

p0740: Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Malfunction

Ignore the 2nd code for now (until you get the first one taken care of, it may be affected by it). There's a list of causes, check the o2 sensors first--they are responsible for telling the computer that the catalytic converter is not functioning properly. If one of them goes bad, it looks like the problem is the converter when it's not.
