Question: Connected wrong battery terminals

I own a 2009 Cadillac cts and recently connected the wrong battery terminals trying to replace the battery. There was a spark when this occurred but the car still runs with other electrical system specs still working (windows, lights, signals). However nothing on the dashboard works. Could you please advice on what the damage could potentially be?
