Question: Could not do an alignment

Car pulls to the left. Alignment Tech told me I have a bent LCA (driver side). I recently had front struts replaced. My front tires are worn out on edges.
Specs on alignment findings:
FRONT LEFT FRONT RIGHT
Camber -1.3 -.05
Caster -0.3 2.7
Toe -1.92 -2.09

PLEASE GUIDE, the car was given to me for my son. If it's the LCA, I can find cheap aftermarket parts and have somebody put it on. What else will i need?

It is not a quick job to replace the lower control arm. I looked at a few aftermarket arms and they are in the $500 range. If you want to go cost effective, I would try a quality wrecking yard and buy a used one. If you don't have mechanical skills, I would recommend having a shop replace it for you.
