Question: could this be electrical?

while the car is in reverse and drive...my power windows wont work, the seatbelt light flashes, radio won't work and i lose my power steering. when i put it in park everything works...can you tell me the problem?

I would check the alternator output. It could not be putting out enough voltage to keep every thing going.
