Question: cylinder 6 misfire

hi i have a 1996 gmc jimmy with the 4.3 and i have a cylinder 6 misfire i changed the cap and routor plug wires and spark plugs and is hard to start once its started it shakes and when its started cold it has white smoke from the exhausest that goes away when wormed up

Are you loosing coolant. If you are you have a blow head head gasket. If you are not loosing coolant I would have the fuel pump checked. If the fuel pump has low pressure it will cause your problem.
