Question: dash doesn't light up, no radio, a/c runs but no air out of vent.

Lights, turn signal, engine, wipers, horn all work.

Radio, dashboard lights, speedometer, a/c fan, all do not work.

Checked all fuses and they seem to be OK. I have no money to take car to shop but have a good amateur mechanic next door who will help. We just need to know what to do!
