Question: Diognostic Question

my 2005 toyota camry le has the check engine light on drives fine but wont idle at all in the park position keeps dying out

The check engine light means an error code has been stored in the computer. You need to have the codes scanned and then troubleshooting the cause of the error can begin. Most shops charge about $100 for this procedure--but to guess at the problem without this information would be throwing away money.
