NO. They mite need to be resealed at the gasket area.

Ok, Thank You. I went to the auto shop when I had an oil leak a few weeks ago and he told me the gasket needed to be replaced, which he did, then he told me that after so many oil changes, especially after 200,000 miles that I need to replace the oil pan or else they wouldnt be able to keep dropping oil out of it. He said something about the "threads" in the aluminum pans start to go bad. It sounded very questionable to me.
