Question: Do I have to remove fule tank

I think that there is some blockage in filler tube which is aluminum and what I think is in there is the little round disk that is spring loaded to keep contaminants out .

You have a filter in the gas tank and that is it. I don't know what you are talking about with the spring loaded disk. Tell me what is wrong with the car and I can help you more.

my neighbor , and myself figured out my problem where the rubber tube fits onto the top of the tank there was a little round disk made of plastic that was restricting the flow of gas into the tank it was removed and problem is solved, thanks for your concerns

That disk is your roll over shut off for fuel.
