Question: Do I have to replace the complete positive battery cable?

My truck makes a clicking noise when I try to crank it. We replaced the battery, the starter, and the negative battery cable. The positive battery cable has some fuse box things attached to it, so we couldn't replace it. It still makes a clicking noise. I was wondering if it may be some of those boxes attached to the positive cable, they look old.

It could be. I would replace the hole cable if you are going to replace it.
