Question: do i need a tune up?

my 2002 sebring is driving roughly, sometimes the steering is stiff to turn especially in cold weather, and sometimes there's a squeaky noise that seems to come from the front passenger side. i can't tell if its the engine or the tire squeaking.

Sounds like you might have a couple of issues.

Start by checking the engine computer for any fault codes. The noise might be the power steering belt slipping or a different issue.

Take it in for a check up and diagnoses on the issues you are experiencing.
