Question: Do I need new wheels?

I recently purchased two new Goodyear tires for the front of my car. Within 3 weeks both of them were flat. Each time I returned to the dealer who tells me that I need new wheels since the chrome around the wheel is peeling, causing the tires to leak air. The tire dealer and the Ford dealer have both re-seated the tires and sealed them with a special bead, but the tires continue to lose air. As far as I am concerned these wheels are defective!

You are out of warrenty. SO you will not get any where with try to have them give you new one. You will have to get new rims or have the rims you have fixed. Getting them fixed mite cost more then getting mew ones.
