Question: Do I need the rear brakes adjusted/cleaned on my car?

I have less than 34,000 miles on the car, but brakes have never been worked on. They say I need the front rotors turned and the back brakes cleaned and adjusted. The front brakes have been squeaking some.

If you are not having problems or noises coming from the rear, then you do not need anything done to them at that mileage. They are self-adjusting and sometimes noise issues can be resolved by cleaning them, but that is not something you do for no reason.
